At Teo Journals, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. As we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD), our return and refund policy is designed to handle any issues promptly.

1. Returns

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

2. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the same method used for payment, but as we operate COD, a bank transfer or alternative agreed method will be used.

3. Exchange

  • If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

  • Any misuse, damage after delivery, or missing parts may void the return/refund.
